Accounting Specialist

**Job descriptions**:

- Post Daily Cash Receipts
- Research and understand customer payment discrepancies
- Prepare customer statements
- Miscellaneous charges/deposit (ie: freight) as needed
- Monitor Resell Certificate expiration dates
- Settle open payments on customer accounts
- Update Daily Cash Spreadsheet
- Prepare and reconcile Salesmen Expense Report
- Prepare R&D Marketing Spending Report
- Update and reconcile Promo Report
- Download bank statement on monthly basis
- Download monthly voucher transactions
- Maintain month to month Trial Balance Spreadsheet
- Update sales and debit memo spreadsheet for major customers
- Prepare AP outstanding check report
- More AP duties would be expected after new AP automation system implemented
- Other duties and projects as needed

**Qualifications**:
1-2 years of related experience

Excellent verbal/written communication skills

Proficient data entry/10 number key skills

Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and formula uses in excel

Strong attention to detail and good at research

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- General Accounting (AR, AP, Cash Entry): 2 years (preferred)
