Client Industry: SHARED SERVICES Job Description and Qualification: To support the CPA, Finance Supervisor in managing the day to day activities related to the financial management of the company.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):
1. Manage the rebate process for Australian customers ensuring all customers are paid on time and accounts reconciled
2. Manage the payment of commissions to agents
Assist in preparation of indirect tax payments including but not limited to GST/VAT, FBT
Prepare month end schedules regarding expense analysis – i.e. warehouse overheads and freight, sales analysis and any ad hoc requests
Knowledge of accounting principles and accounting standards
Problem Solving
Ability to meet deadlines

Teamwork
Integrity
5. Perform balance sheet account reconciliations
6. Handles petty cash disbursements and manages cash advances process
7. Maintain proper documentation of expenses
8. Process invoices for payments
9. Issue tax credit certificate to suppliers
10. Manage and procure office supplies
11. Other admin tasks as may be assigned
Experience & Education:
Not less than 2 years experience in a similar role
Preferably has 2-3 years work experience in book keeping and/or treasury
Has had experience in preparing reporting for internal and external customers
Experience in JDE or large ERP system
