Job Description: Process day-to-day transactions, monitor accounts receivable, ensure all payments occur on time, approve large financial transactionsEnsure the company funds to settle billsProcess invoices to customers, monitor compliance with relevant legislation, and reconcile financial records with various accountsPrepare reports for audits, use computer programs to monitor transactions, and make suggestions for changing accounts based on anticipated revenue and expendituresSpeak with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate, and payments are received promptlyReview financial reportsCommunicate with clients to discuss account statuses, charges or discrepanciesParticipate in ongoing education opportunities to learn about industry trends and developmentsProcess payroll payments/disbursements Qualifications: Graduate of Accounting, Financial Management or any related courseExperience is General Accounting is an advantageGood communication and interpersonal skillsAmenable to work in a clinic set-up in Mandaluyong
