Accounting Specialist - Biñan Laguna (Open For Fresh Graduates)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration Major in Accounting/Management Accounting / Finance Management
- w/ good analytical, communication and Microsoft Office skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Location: Biñan, Laguna (Laguna Technopark)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for the timely preparation of Monthly Cost Report,
2. Cost Variance Analysis and Monthly Ratio; Responsible for Budget Report Analysis;
3. Responsible for the Monthly Shipment Sales with Manufacturing Price List per Business Unit;
4. Responsible for Bank Reconciliation Report, Journal Entries for Payroll, Monthly Common Customer 4D Ratio for Prepaid Expenses, Accrued Expenses and Common Customers;
5. Reconcile twice a month the Agency Billing together with Perfect Attendance per month; Assist Fixed Assets Management;
6. Prepare Audit Schedules.
