Oversee daily transactions such as AR/AP, in-house payroll, and liquidations. Identify ways to streamline accounting operations and ways to improve the department; Establish accounting policies and procedures that are aligned with the company's objectives; Assist in ensuring the accuracy of the presentation of financial transactions in the financial accounting system (Quickbooks) and the efficient operation of the accounting department; Supervise and provide overall guidance to accounting staff; Carry out tasks to aid and assist in the business transactions of BSPT, to whatever extent the management deems appropriate; Perform other job-related duties as the management may assign from time to time. Qualifications: The candidate must be a graduate of accounting. At least 5 years of work experience as an accounting supervisor in a telecom or construction company; The candidate must be a resident of Marikina or nearby cities; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, particularly Quickbooks; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken; The position is urgent, candidates must be willing to start ASAP.
