Process all payment transactions
Check daily Petty Cash Balance
E-submission validation
2307 for expenses paid
Make ewt report-expanded withholding tax folder (for gross up and non gross up)
RDE - relief data entry for BIR 2550Q filing
ADE - Alphalist Data Entry v7.0 for 1601EQ filing and 1604CF
Yearly BIR remittances
Report of Sales & Purchase to Tsuji, IEC Japan
Metrobank OTC payments/deposits/withdrawal
Othera Acctg/admin work related may be assigned from time to time. 
Qualifications Requirement 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Accounting Officer or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
4. Proficient in the use of accounting software (Quickbooks) and MS Excel.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
8. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. English Level Business
