Accounting Officer

Maintain and manage all treasury records, spreadsheets, and reconciling of bank statements against the GL and Book;
Ensuring necessary cooperation for activating treasury accounts including opening and closing of bank accounts and other tasks that requires communication with the bank;
Prepare regular reports to the Management.
This could include suggestions that will maximize the use of cash; See to it that the running balance of the bank accounts is well-calculated daily which includes issued checks, post-dated checks, and canceled checks;
Check and verify bank and petty cash transactions; and also investigate and propose a possible resolution for any discrepancies;
Responsible for interest analysis, credit, and debit memo recording;
Ensures reports submitted to the treasury are complete and are in accordance with Accounting Policy and Procedures;
Maintains historical records and protects company's confidential records;
Updates job knowledge by participating in training and seminar opportunities; and

Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
