Hiring: ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Work Location: TALISAY CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL
Qualifications: Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy. Other Accounting disciplines are welcome as long as work experiences satisfy the job requirements neededCPA is a plusWith at least 2-3 years' solid experience with handling tasks of BIR and taxWith good knowledge of Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) is required for this positionPossess strong organizational skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsConscientious and detail orientedAble to work under pressure and in a fast-paced working environmentAmenable to work at Brgy. Zone 15, Talisay City, Negros Occidental Major Job Responsibilities:
a) AP/AR, BIR and Tax
All accounting transaction (Petty Cash, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Inventories)Preparing monthly VAT, Expanded Withholding Tax reportPreparing BIR Inventory Listing reportPreparing and submitting annual updating of books of accounts to BIR- Checking, filing, and monitoring all used sales invoices, debit memos, and credit memos for submission to BIROther task that maybe assigned from time to time by supervisor
b) Managing business accounts and preparing financial statements.
c) Verifying cash advance liquidations and cash returns to suppliers/associates
d) Issuance of cheques
e) Checking of billing computation of third party as per supplier
f) Requisition of Purchased Order
g) Monitoring of P.O of suppliers
h) Audit physical inventory of stocks (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually)
i) Preparation and monitoring of funds (RF and PCF)
j) Validating of Payroll
k) Checking of SSS, Philhealth and HDMF reconciliations
l) Other task that maybe assigned from time to time by management
