Accounting Officer

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handling General Accounting tasks.
- Maintaining and reviewing financial records.
- Reconcile accounts payables and receivables.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
- Ensuring BIR/Tax compliance.
- Prepare budget regularly.
- Monitoring expenditures and profits and providing reports.
- Checking invoices.
- Contacting clients about transaction and invoices.
- Managing business accounts and preparing financial statement.
- Handling queries related to accounts.
- Bank reconciliation and cash management.
**JOB REQUIREMETNS**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Previous working experience as an Accountant or General Accountant for at least 3 years.
- Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Administrative skills.
- Sound interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting software.
**WORK SCHEDULE**: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
