**QUALIFICATOINS**:

- Must be BS Accountancy graduate
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
- Proficient in using MS Office or equivalent
- Adapatablem organze and keen to details
- Should have analytical skills
- Ability to work independently

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**BILLING AND COLLECTION**
- Assist Accountant in the preparation of sales invoice.
- Assist Accountant in receiving collections and/or certificate of withholding tax (CWT) from customers.
- Assist Accountant in the preparation of Accounts Receivable (AR) monitoring schedule and collection list.
- Coordinate with customer any discrepancy noted between OR details versus sales invoice, check and/or CWT.
- Maintain record of CWTs on hand and follow-up on CWTs not yet transmitted to the company.
- Perform collection follow-ups to various customers.
- Maintain record of Sales Book.

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
