Accounting Officer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Preparing financial statements.
2. Monitoring expenditures and providing reports as needed.
3. Maintain, analyze, and review financial records and statements
4. Monitor account activities of the company
5. Manage and update account payables and receivables
6. Process incoming and outgoing invoices, bills, and payments to ensure accurate transactions
7. Ensure statement and record compliance with accounting and tax laws and regulations
8. Ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations.
9. Maintain and prepare budgets and expenses
10. Conduct internal audits on financial activities
11.Review account information and data to identify issues or errors
12. Explain and recommend the company's services and products to clients
Evaluate risks, procedures, and internal management systems

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business management, or similar
2. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus
3. Working experience as an Accounting Officer, Accounting Coordinator, or a similar role
4. Proficiency in MS Office , and accounting software
5. Strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes and principles
6. Excellent verbal and written communication
7. Strong attention to detail
8. Mathematics and numerical skills
9. Problem-solving abilities
10. Exceptional analytical and auditing skills
11. Organization and time management
