Key Responsibilities: Verify requests for check payments related to supplier purchases and other financial obligations.Review and issue check vouchers based on approved payment requests and statements from service providers.Assist in costing items for sale and repair services.Monitor and report on Accounts Receivable-Trade, preparing bi-monthly aging reports.Facilitate the weekly collection of receivables and coordinate with the Operations Department.Maintain an up-to-date three-way monitoring ledger of sales and purchases.Track job orders, billing, and collection for items received for repair.Prepare collection letters for overdue accounts in collaboration with the Operations Department.Ensure compliance with BIR requirements for deductions from customer payments.Maintain accurate records of monthly sales, cost of sales, and adjust entries in the E-Atlantica Accounting System.Collaborate with AOBM for timely bookkeeping and prepare Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements.Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure proper filing of accounting records.Perform other duties as assigned by the AVP-Finance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.At least 3 years experience in accounting roles.Proficient in accounting software (E-Atlantica experience is a plus).Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Knowledge of BIR regulations and compliance requirements.
