ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Duties and responsibilities:
Maintain and review financial records

Monitor expenditure and profits and provide reports

Manage the company's accounts payable and receivable and prepare financial statements

Prepare account or bank reconciliation

Create and process invoices

Cross-check invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy

Send bills and invoices to clients

Communicatewith clients regarding billing and payments

Process refunds

Assess

internal management procedures and suggest process improvementsEnsure operations adhere to tax and accounting regulations

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related field

With relevant accounting experience

Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.

Proficiency in management systems.

Administration skills.

Sound interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.

Can work under pressure with less supervision

Willing to multi-task and render overtime work when needed

Able start ASAP
