ACCOUNTING OFFICER

 

Offer:
PHP 20,000 - 30,000

 

JOB Description:
Responsible for company financials, including profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow.

Oversee the financial operations of both local and foreign operations (USA Based) including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable.

Reconciliation of the bank account.

Responsible for the registration, filing and compliance to regulatory agencies like SEC, BIR, LGU, Business Permits, SSS, PHIC and HDMF.

Responsible and accountable for the proper implementation of accounting policies, procedures and controls.

Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports

Tax preparation and filing.

Monthly remittances of mandatory government agencies.

Provide advice on how

to increase revenue and reduce costs.Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner

Qualifications:
Good analytical skills and able to carry out plans efficiently and effectively with above average communication skills.

Expert with online Quickbooks.

Familiar with all government regulatory agencies like SEC, BIR, Business Permits, SSS, PHIC and HDMF.

With knowledge in all aspects in general accounting

Has the ability to present accounting data in a clear and understandable manner

Has the ability to analyze and recommend improvements in accounting system

Ability to communicate with customers and resolve billing disputes.

Expert in Excel with ability to use Google Online Office Suite

Proficient in both written and oral English

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and BS/MBA degree in Accountancy or related course of study
