Accounting Officer

Keeping tracks of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
- Match purchase orders to invoices and enter invoices into the computer
- Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries
- Protect the organization's value by keeping information invoices
- Prepared and file tax returns
- Encode alphalist and relief in the BIR program
- Process renewal of Tax Clearances
- Process payroll of all employees every cut off
- Compute, submit and pay SSS Contributions and monitor employees SSS and HDMF Loans thru online banking payment or over the counter.
**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
