•Accurate encoding of Sales•Checked and verified encoded data (hard copy VS soft copy)•Responsible in accounting and verifying all cash disbursed to operation requirements•Purchasing•Inventory of Stocks (chemicals, plastics, etc.)•In charge of accurately monitoring the company's LPG consumption (rebate)•Maintaining the confidentiality and arrangement of business records (administrative or bookkeeping records)•Process and Payment Government Compliance of the company · Monitoring of accounts receivable and payables and reconciliation of financial statements.
