Job Summary

The Accounting Officer is responsible for the daily processing of approved loans, payment processing, general accounting

Responsibilities

Reconciliation

· Perform all the necessary reconciliations including bank and balance sheet reconciliations

GENERAL ACCOUNTING Ensure all transactions are completely and accurately recorded in the correct periodReview expense liquidation forms submitted by employeesRecord adjustments as neededMonthly Reconciliation of Accounts LOAN MONITORING

· Monitoring of monthly amortization and payment application for each loan

PAYMENT PROCESSING Check and review for Sales Incentive and Dealers ProceedsCheck and review of voucher payment for Suppliers, Employee's reimbursement and advances
Operating Process

Assists staff in identifying, defining, and implementing process improvement for reporting efficiency and accuracyCoordinate with other departments clear process flows.
Others

· Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements

Education

ü Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related disciplines.

Experience

ü Minimum 3 years of experience in work

ü At least 1 year of experience in Big 4

ü Conversant with leasing accounting
