Accounting Officer/Cost Accounting Experienced/Taguig/Direct Hire

Job Descriptions:
Under limited supervision, assist the Department Head in performing multiple duties related to the monitoring of project costs and revenue.

• Prepare monthly Trial Balance using SAP
• Prepare monthly schedule per account balance
• Maintenance of the general ledger including timely closing of the books each month
• Prepare allocation tables for direct costs such as materials, labor and subcontracted services
• Prepare allocation tables for indirect expenses or project overhead
• Prepare monthly project revenue with variance analysis and proposed resolution
• Prepare monthly project profitability report
• Perform other related duties as directed within the project guidelines established.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in accounting or equivalent education/experience
• At least 2-years related work experience in cost accounting
• Strong working knowledge of SAP is essential
• Highly motivated and capable of working on own initiative
• Good problem solving skills and a high level of numeracy
• Demonstrated communication and organization skills
• Ability to work in a team based environment
• Salary range: 20k - 25k
