Accounting Manager (Taytay)

Job Summary Provides strategic direction to the Acctg. team in order to achieve section's overall objectives and operational efficiency and effectiveness.Effectively prepares and manages the creation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly Financial Statements of the active projects and of the entire company.Provides sound and intelligent recommendations to the AVP - Finance & Accounting and the Management Team of the company using accurate financial data found in the financial statements of the company.Qualifications: Graduate of a four (4) year BS Accountancy course.Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial finance & accounting role.Minimum of 3 years' experience in a real estate & property development company.Must be willing to work 2x a week in San Juan office and 3x a week in Taytay, Rizal office.Available to start immediately.
