Accounting Manager

Responsibilities: Oversee the overall accounting process based on assignment or Key Results Area (Billing, Collection, General Accounting, Accounts Payable)Analyze Performance Report, identify gaps and recommend solutions.Perform audit in matching and posting of entries in SAP.Participate in accounts reconciliation, monthly closing processes and external audit procedures.Initiate process improvements, innovations and programs within the department/unit.Conduct performance assessment on subordinates. Qualifications: Graduate of BS Accountancy; CPA-passer is an advantageAt least 3-5 years experience in managerial levelWith knowledge in business applications including Microsoft Office, SAP and other Accounting systemsCandidates must be willing to work on-site at North Edsa, Quezon City
