Accounting Manager

• Manages the Accounting Department of the Company.
• Monthly checking of month-end balances of all accounts in Netsuite.
• Recommends corrections/adjustments in the Financial Reports.
• Makes sure approved accounting policies are followed in the recording of all transactions.
• Recommends improvements to the financial policies/processes of the company.
• Prepares quarterly financial reports for submission to top management.
• Prepares other financial reports as requested and needed.
• Oversees the preparation of reports submitted to BIR and make sure these are filed and paid on time.
• Coordinates with external auditors in the preparation of year-end audited Financial Statements
• Performs such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduate of Accounting
• 4-5 years' experience
• Preferably CPA. Non CPA are welcome to apply.
