Key Responsibilities:

Lead accounting operations across multiple business units particularly in Merchandising and Steel Factory.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Implement and maintain strong internal controls.
Manage audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
Support budgeting and forecasting.
Foster relationships with external financial stakeholders.
Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team.
Qualifications:

CPA license.
Bachelor's in Accounting or related field.
5+ years accounting experience, 2+ in management.
Strong knowledge of PFRS and tax regulations.
Experience in diverse industries is a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
