Accounting Manager

Job Summary: The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. This role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, and audit processes while leading a team of accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance on technical accounting issues and professional development.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing variances and providing insights for management.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies; prepare and coordinate audit processes.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions; identify trends and recommend improvements.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
