Job Summary: System Soft Technologies is seeking an accomplished Accounting Manager to support its corporate headquarters located in the United States of America. Hands-on experience in standard U.S. accounting practices and methods is essential for the successful execution of the responsibilities of the position that include preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financials and reporting systems for our company. The Accounting Manager will report directly to the U.S.-based Finance and Accounting Manager and will be tasked with helping to ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions. The Accounting Manager will also oversee audits, cost and general accounting, budgeting, accounts receivable/collection, and billing. All specified responsibilities will similarly extend to guiding the work of the company's accounting team based in India.
Job Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for preparing financial reports for management and outside agencies on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis, as required.Perform project life-cycle cost analysis, to include a review of sales and marketing expenditures, sales orders, and purchase orders.Responsible for providing and interpreting financial information.Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.Hands-on work experience with external auditors and ability to prepare required reporting as per the audit checklist.Develop external relationships, e.g. auditors, bankers, and statutory organizations.Responsible for conducting and coordinating internal and external audits and preparing fiscal documentation.Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.Responsible for planning and preparation of budget and forecasting.Responsible for monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.Manage the Finance and Accounting team, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, bank and account reconciliations, billing, coding, and payments.Responsible for federal and state tax reporting's, quarterly and year-end closing.Job Requirement Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance.CPA certification.Must have direct experience with USA accounting systems.5 years of experience in managing full accounting duties in a medium- or large-size company.Advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Experience with ERP accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics.Strong analytical and mathematical skills.High professional standards and ethics, with an ability to handle confidential information.Excellent communications skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.Performance management of support staff.Direct experience coordinating internal and external audits.System Soft Technologies is a proud equal employment opportunity employer.
