Accounting Manager

Accounting Innovation: Ensure internal controls and processes meet company standards.Address urgent financial issues within the accounting department.Collaborate with the Administrative Department.Document and review accounting procedures, recommending improvements.
Accounting Operational Excellence (with External Accountant):
Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for BIR compliance.Generate monthly profit/loss statements and analytics for management.Create supporting schedules for audits and review tax returns.
Accounting Operational Excellence (as Accounting Manager):
Lead the team to achieve key goals.Coordinate banking requirements with other departments.Review and approve transactions and journal entries.Provide budget vs. actual reports for departments.Manage the accounting department and staff across companies.Ensure BIR compliance and prepare for inspections.
