Accounting Manager

Daily supervision of accounting operations involving Quickbooks management, AR, AP, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation, Month-end tasks and Government Compliance (e.g. BIR, SEC, etc.)Implementation or support on training programs, effective administration of performance evaluation, mentorship, disciplinary action, and coaching activities for subordinates to improve their knowledge, skills, and total team performance.Conformance with the established sets of reports and documented deliverables.Suggestion or implementation of business process initiatives, system improvement which resulted to significant process efficiency and/ or cost savings; participation on tasks beyond responsibility duly ordered by the immediate head.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree holder.Strong background on overall accouting processes (journal entries, AR, AP), banking, BIR, and SEC transactionsAdept on preparing financial statement forecasts, budgets, and financial analysis per cost centerHas working experience on conceptualizing and developing accounting procedures, policies, and manualsKnowledgeable on using spreadsheet and QuickbooksHas working experience and knowledgeable on taxation proceduresApplicants with CPA are highly desirable but not requiredMust have at least five (5) years of related work experience
