Job DescriptionDescriptionGeneral Accounting: Oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records.Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns.Assist in tax planning and strategy development.Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, including Accounting Officers and Staff.Provide training and development opportunities for team members.Regularly conduct performance check-in, feedback and coaching.Document team performance through the mid-year and annual performance evaluation review.Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.System Management: Oversee the use of SAP for financial and accounting operations.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in SAP.Review and approve requests routed in the Digital Information and Approval System (DIAS).RequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA is preferred.Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong accounting and financial management skills.Proficiency in SAP and other accounting software.
