Accounting Manager

Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy Manage accounting daily operations
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Oversee and manage the general accounting functions including but not limited to: accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.
Create credit and collections policies for the customers and payment policy for the suppliers
Monitor and analyze accounting data.
Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
Train new accounting employees

Ensure company’s adherence to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations
Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
Meet financial accounting objectives
Prepare and present KPIs to stakeholders
Must be willing to accept changes, other tasks and responsibilities not mentioned above for the overall growth of the company
??????At least 3 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
Excellent computer skills on MS Office
Excellent knowledge and experience with ERP and accounting software and databases
Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

BS degree in Accounting or Finance
Licensed CPA
