DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ·
Responsible for all
aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general
ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation,
cash applications, collections, payroll, sales and inventory management)

Responsible for
delivering timely and accurate financial processing, month-end close, cash
management reports, and balance sheet reconciliation.
·
Responsible for cash
management, performing wire transfers, payments, and maintaining lines of
credit.
·
Responsible for
reporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reports,
and various detailed analysis reports to the Management.
·
Review the validity of
all disbursements before check preparation.
·
Analyze financial
information and reports to identify financial risks and opportunities. Observe
trends and discrepancies and offer insights to help with the decision-making
process.
·
Develop, implement
and improve financial accounting system, process and procedures. ·
Supervise tax reporting
and compliance to local government requirements.
·
Coordinate and complete
annual audits.
·
Develop the accounting
department team skills & competencies through coaching. Evaluate performance of the accounting team
and provide timely feedback. Ensure the staff members are aligned in the course
of performing their functions.
QUALIFICATIONS ·
Education – Bachelor's
degree in Accountancy; Preferably certified public accountant
·
Experience – At least
seven (7) years of work experience in distribution or wholesale industry;
working closely with Management; and handling multidisciplinary teams. (Advantage
if the candidate has experience implementing accounting system, experience in
inventory management and experience using accounting systems such as SAP,
Oracle, Quickbooks, Xero.)
