Accounting Manager

Staff4Me is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and strategic Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting department, ensuring that financial practices are in line with regulations and standards. Your expertise will help provide accurate financial reporting and support decision-making processes throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities Edit chart of accounts Edit month-end close schedule Manage system integrations with QBO Manage bank/credit card feeds Schedule payments in Bill.com Process Payroll Record journal entries Review balance sheet reconciliations Prepare reporting packtes Run year-end tax support process Strong experience with accrual accounting Preferable to have experience with GAAP compliant setting (for example, you've supported businesses who have annual GAAP audits) Preferable to have experience with Google Sheets and Google Drive ·Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (would be great if they have any kind of QuickBooks certification Not a Requirement) Preferable experience using Bill.com We provide relocation package for those candidate from Luzon.
