Powered by an industry-leading bidder and device graph that processes 260 billion available ad opportunities daily, Madhive delivers precise, brand-safe audience connections efficiently and at scale.About the Role: The Accounting Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager and oversee all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with US GAAP. Responsibilities include managing Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) using Netsuite and Bill.com and producing monthly financial reports for Finance senior team members. The role involves handling depreciating asset schedules and maintaining audit-ready financials. Additionally, the Accounting Manager will manage corporate credit expense coding through Ramp (expense management system) and credit card reconciliations. This person must have strong Excel skills for reconciliations. Coordination with external tax services as necessary for accurate quarterly and monthly tax filings in the U.S. states where the company operates.
Duties and Responsibilities: Produce monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Prepare various journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.Manage customer invoicing, vendor payments, and collections of accounts receivables.Present financial reports and projections to decision-makers within the organization.Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting principles and maintain audit-ready financials.Manage depreciating asset and prepaid schedules.Collaborate with tax services for quarterly and monthly tax filings in the U.S.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field; PH CPA license is required, USA CPA license is an advantage.7+ years of experience in accounting, with strong knowledge of A/R and A/P management.Proficiency in Netsuite is required.Familiarity with Bill.com and Ramp is a plus.Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is required.Excellent understanding of US GAAP accounting principles, including ASC 606 and ASC 842.Prior experience in US bookkeeping/accounting.Strong skills in Excel, with the ability to handle complex reconciliations.Experience in managing depreciating assets and preparing audit-ready financials.Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.Proven ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.Familiarity with U.S. Federal and State taxes is an advantage.Compensation: Up to PHP 190k+ per month, based on experience.
Work Setup: Hybrid arrangement: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, with the potential to shift to traditional Philippine working hours.
