Accounting Manager Cpa Freight Logistics Company

A. JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for monitoring and managing daily function in the accounting department including
supervision of staff.

B. STATEMENT OF DUTIES

1. Conduct periodic cash count
2. Reporting of monthly AR/AP report
3. Reconciliation of AR/AP every month
4. In-charge in coding/encoding of the general account into GL
5. Ensure accurate posting of transactions to SAGE (HHEPH) and AIMS (HHLPI/HCBI)
6. Verifies/checking of daily cheques payments
7. Verifies adjusting entries in the absence of AGM - Admin & Accounting
8. Monitoring and managing the ordering of accounting supplies

C. BASIC RELATIONSHIP

Report directly to the AGM - Admin & Accounting

Good knowledge or experience of TAX (BIR), Audit
Must have CPA
Understanding of Japanese culture
Experience with a Japanese company
Experience in a Logistics company

D. QUALIFICATION

1. Accountancy Graduate
2. Computer Literate

E. TRAINING NEEDED

1. Updates on withholding tax – BIR seminar
2. Management Training
