Accounting Lead - Project Monitoring And Reporting

A. Project Financial Statements Consolidation of the Financial StatementsEnsure timely and proper settlements of the SAP Project Builder transactions.Review all project related JV entries for the monthly closing of the accounting books.Supervise the preparation of the monthly Financial Statements of each project and cluster (Balance Sheet, Income Statement & Cash Flow Statement).Ensure proper take-up of all adjusting and working paper entries.Determine ways to improve the Financial Statement preparation process and accuracy based on the available system and data.Ensure timely submission of all requirements.Analysis of the G&A Subdivision Repairs & Maintenance. B. Project Budget Set-up and Release Review of project set-up form - ensure that the project cost set-up should be:In compliance with existing standards and policies;All related costs are considered in the project; andProper allocation / distribution of costs based on standards and approvals;Project set-up:Ensure proper set-up of the project budget in SAP Project Builder.Review all JV entries related to the inventory and reserve (budget) set-up of the Project; andProperly set-up the project in FREBAS.Project Development budget monitoring:Budget release in SAP Project Builder based on the budget requested by Bids & Awards dept. & Project Group for construction related budgets and Permits & Licenses, Project Group, Corporate Payables & Corporate Accounting for admin budget;Handle budget related queries of the projects.Ensure that all needed budgets are released within the prescribed SLA.
