Accounting Intern

Reviews and verifies the validity and accuracy of the supporting documents related to revenue transactions (Delivery Receipts, Issue Slips, Sales Invoices, and Customer's Credit/Debit Memo.
2.
Reviews recorded Sales and Accounts Receivable from Outbound Monitoring and Accounts Receivable Monitoring, respectively.
3.
Prepares accurate and timely journal entries for assigned accounts, and ensures that entries and financial records adhere to established controls, accounting principles, and policies.
4.
Reviews daily delivery variance report from Logistics and prepares a journal entry of the shrinkage.
5.
Prepares and analyzes weekly sales reconciliations and advises supervisor and/or manager of issues on the reconciliation and a proposed resolution

6.
Checks completeness of recorded sales by comparing recorded delivered quantities (before considering shrinkage) and inventory issuances of the warehouse (for sales transactions).
7.
Prepares and analyzes Monthly Sales Summary.
8.
Administrative tasks (Filing of Delivery Receipts, Issue Slip, Sales Invoices, and Customer's Credit/Debit Memo).
9.
Assists with audits by providing supporting records and documentation

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably BS Accounting/ Finance/ Accounting Technology Student
- Strong accounting and finance background with at least 1-year experience in a functional area
- Experience working in a growing start-up environment, scaling-up accounting and finance operation

**Salary**: Php7,500.00 - Php8,000.00 per month
