Oversees the over-all recording, summarizing and analyzing all transactions of the Bank; reviews Financial Reports, ensuring accurate and timely submission of financial information; Evaluates internal finance management systems; assists in the formulation and monitoring of the bank's budget, providing recommendations and budget allocation and on how to improve financial status.
