Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related Business courseCPA (advantageous but not required)5-10 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleProficient in budgeting, financial reporting, and auditingStrong knowledge of tax regulations and legal complianceFinancial management, analysis, and forecasting expertiseExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Office, especially ExcelAbility to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills for internal and external coordinationHigh level of integrity and ethics in financial matters
