Job summary
Perform and ensure accurate and timely financial reportingOversee general accounting functions and review accounting processesEstablish internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions

Responsibilities
• Monitor and review manually processed transactions• Oversee production of financial statements• Prepare costing summary report for projects• Responsible for tax planning and filing• Audit accounts and coordinate external audit• Present recommendations on financial objectives and policies• Provide financial analysis and support• Ensure compliance with local government requirements• Oversee daily activities of accounting department• Assist other departments with financial impact decisions• Review and recommend modifications to accounting system• Develop and document business processes and policies• Liaise with President to improve financial procedures
Requirements
• Degree in Accounting or Finance• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)• At least 8 years of related experience• Excellent management and supervisory skills• High level of efficiency and accuracy• Strong organizational, stress management, and leadership skills• Excellent business communication skills• Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability• Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software• Willing to work at EDSA, Greenhills, San Juan City office
