PaglalarawanWe are looking for a knowledgeable Accounting Head who can lead and motivate accounting staff members and increase department accuracy and efficiency. The Accounting Head will delegate, supervise, and participate in accounting department tasks, oversee the recording, tracking, and reporting of financial data.Key Responsibilities:Managing daily accounting and reporting functionsOverseeing the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsEstablishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principlesCoordinating and completing annual auditsProviding recommendations for improvementsTraining, setting goals, and evaluating group managers & subordinatesMinimum Requirements:BS in AccountancyCertified Public Accountant (CPA) with external audit experienceGeneral knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and practicesAt least 5 years experience in General AccountingProficient in MS Office applications
