Job DescriptionTrinity Workforce Solutions, Inc. is a leader in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry, and is seeking a dedicated Finance and Operations Associate to bolster our dynamic team.
ResponsibilitiesManage daily financial operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and budgeting.Support operational strategies to improve efficiency within the recruitment space.Assist with month-end financial reports and cash flow projections.Oversee compliance with financial regulations pertinent to HR.Collaborate with teams to enhance client satisfaction and business expansion.RequirementsTitle: Finance and Operations AssociateEducational Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Experience Level: Seeking individuals with 2-3 years of experience in finance and operations, preferably with exposure to general accounting, accounts payable and receivable.Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial accounting, cost management, and risk management. Must possess strong general accounting skills alongside excellent communication abilities and attention to detail.Working Conditions: This role requires working in an office environment, often meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Qualities and Traits: Candidates should be highly financial literate, detail-oriented, and have strong analytical skills.
