Accounting & Finance Manager-70K-80K

Our client is one of the leading trading company in Japan.
Starting from plastic, chemical and electronics business, the Company expanded its business segment to Medical devices, Food & Beverages and Radiation detection services.
With their own technology and global network built over 180 years of history, they deliver best solutions to their valued clients.
Objectives: The Company, there is 1 Japanese department head who Manager accounting & financial department but he already work 4 years in Philippines.
So head office may ask him to go back or go to other country soon, So they decide to hire Assistant Manager or Manager class who can manage department and 6 subordinates.
**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring Accounting/Financial/Tax
- Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results
- Check budget proposal for approval of CFO
- Conduct risk management
- Check and evaluate investments
- Supervise a team of Accountants
- Allocate resources and manage cash flows
- Conduct profit and cost analyses
- Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information
- Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
- Recommend cost-reducing solutions
- Must have experience in General insurance company
- Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager, or similar role
- In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy
- Must be CPA

Salary Range

70k-80k Per Month

**Salary**: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
