Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial stability of the company and supporting its rapid external and organic growth.
The Job
Your main responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
Overseeing the full consolidation process of a group of over 40 entities.
Defining, governing, and coordinating accounting-related requirements for the consolidation tool.
Leading an international team of accounting with responsibility for the group and local financial statements of the subsidiaries worldwide in accordance with IFRS and various local gaps.
Setting up policy in
relation to the closing process.Implementing improvements to systems and financial controls.
Cooperating with auditors, and tax advisors.
Streamlining and standardization of accounting processes, driving fast preparation of consolidated financial statements forward, and governing the end-to-end processes for financial closing.
Driving contemporary finance capabilities via the adaption of advanced analytics technologies and approaches in order to optimize transactional finance processes.
New entities integration into group consolidation scope.
Provide leadership in the recruitment, effective training, and development of high-quality financial talent to ensure high performance and productivity.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum of 10 years of prior experience in finance/ accounting roles in an international environment, ideally within a regional/ global finance management role in mid-size MNCs, with a significant transversal management track
- record.
Rich experience in financial planning and analysis is key;
Strong communication skills; well organized; both people and process driven.
Experienced and comfortable working with multicultural teams and peers; ability, willingness, and enthusiasm to take on and execute projects autonomously and proactively; strong sense of ownership; internal customer-focused.
Flexible to travel when required.
Fluent in English.
