Accounting - Finance Comptroller

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of an international, family-owned company specializing in automation and technical education solutions. They are seeking an Accounting - Finance Comptroller to oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate reporting, auditing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.This position is onsite and based in Makati City.


Job Duties and Responsibilities: Secure financial operations by monitoring and approving financial processing, reporting and auditing. Supervise accounting staff.Do clerical and managerial work and also participate in basic accounting functions, such as logging payments and maintaining financial records.Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.Responsible for monitoring company's financial functions, bookkeeping and treasury matters such as verification, checking and approval of accounting matters related transactions,In-charge in all financial and bank related transactions such as landed cost of importations, indent commissions and other foreign receivables.Responsible for all National and Local Government reportorial requirements.Responsible on monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR returns. Job Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.CPA Passer is an advantageAt least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Knowledge of Accounting Controls, procedures, and government reportorial requirementsWell-versed in Financial Statement preparation.Knowledge in Quick Books is a plus point.Background in trading and importation procedures.Leadership and interpersonal skills.Results-oriented and with the ability to work under pressure.Highly Proficient in MS Office especially EXCEL
