QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Business Administration, Retail Management or any Business related courseMust have at least 5-7 years of working experience as area manager, store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial roleMust be skilled in managing diverse operations from a distanceMust have a strategic mindset: excellent abilities in financial and operations planningMust have exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities: excellent organizational and leadership abilitiesMust be amenable to work onsite and in Pampanga Job Responsibilities: Develop business strategies for long-term success, set objectives for stores and departments, and ensure financial management within budget.Optimize operations, lead store managers to collaborate effectively, and ensure compliance with company policies.Address challenges with practical solutions, evaluate performance with key metrics, and report progress to senior executives.
