Accounting Clerk (Makati)

Minimum Qualifications:
Educational: Must be a graduate of Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business, or any related course.
Experience: At least 1 year experience in the same field.
Knowledge: Basic Accounting Principles
Skills: Accuracy and attention to detail. Competency in MS Office and accounting software. Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast-paced environment. Aptitude for numbers.

Duties and Responsibilities: Updates and maintains completeness of accounting documents and records detailing financial business transactions (e.g. disbursement vouchers, supporting invoices, and official receipts).Updates and inputs on the IIBS disbursements module the check numbers, ORs, and VAT ORs.Prepares monthly detailed schedule of input taxes.Responsible for compiling various schedules and supporting documents required by COA and internal audit.Responsible for the monitoring of reimbursement of transportation expenses of LIBI officers and the Board of Directors.Performs other duties assigned from time to time.
