Accounting Clerk

Details of the offer

Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
- Types accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
- Monitored status of accounts receivable and payable to facilitate prompt processing.
- Calculate, prepare, issue bills, invoices and account statements to clients.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
**Preferred qualifications**:

- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Business Administration, Financial Management or any business related course
- Proficiency in MS Excel spreadsheet
- Should be comfortable using bookkeeping software
- Meticulous attention to details
- Ability to communicate, establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleague
- Fast-learner and can multitask
- With experienced is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
