Accounting Associate (Rtr)

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring they comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial transactions and processes.Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the team to implement more efficient accounting practices.Collaborate with other departments and provide support for financial queries and issues as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within an RTR or similar function.Experience in using integrated ERP software (Preferably Oracle and/or MS Dynamic 365) is preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
