Accounting Associate (Rtr)

Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
-Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
-Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring they comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
-Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial transactions and processes.
-Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
-Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the team to implement more efficient accounting practices.
-Collaborate with other departments and provide support for financial queries and issues as needed.


Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within an RTR or similar function.
-Experience in using integrated ERP software (Preferably Oracle and/or MS Dynamic 365) is preferred.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
-Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
