Accounting Associate - Mandaue Cebu - Php18K - Start Immediately

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's/College Degree in Bank in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in related fields
- With experience in Billing and Collections
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
- Good customer service skills
- The ability to create strong working relationships with clients and management.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Familiar with SAP, Oracle is a plus


KEY ROLES:
- Preparation of Sales / Billing Invoice
- Follow up collections from Clients
- Strictly monitoring of AR Aging
- Responding to client's inquiry/concerns and addressing transaction-related issues
- Encoding of Sales & Collections in the Accounting System
- Recommendation of terms request for Sales submissions to Supervisor/Head and Managements for approval
- Assist in processing for customer accreditation, and facilitate background check for new customers and term request
- other ad hoc accounting tasks


LOCATION: Mandaue, Cebu
SALARY: Php 18,000 (initial offer - for discussion)
ARRANGEMENT: on site
