Job Descriptions

Mainly focuses on US-based payroll, sales tax filing, bookkeeping and tax return filing using Cloud-based programs
- Compile and analyze raw data for basic payroll processing
- General Bookkeeping to Financial Reporting
- Monthly data transaction entry
- Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare Sales Report and sales tax filing
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Billing and Invoicing
- Fixed Assets entry with Depreciation/Amortization Schedule

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or relevant field.
- Experience on accounting procedures such as bank reconciliation, sales registration, payroll, general ledger and financial reports and other accounting related work.
- Experience in computer-based bookkeeping like Quickbooks or other financial accounting software programs.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Suite, MS Word, and MS Excel
- Work experience in accounting/bookkeeping is an advantage.
- Willing to be trained.

- Proficient in Data Entry skills
- Keen attention to detail and has reliable analytical skills
- Good communication skills (both written and oral)
- Computer literate
- Performs such other accounting related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
