Review Customer Sheet on time to ensure all sales transactions, cash or on account are captured and recorded in the Sheet.
Coordinate errors with concerned Depts.
Track unpaid accounts or customers and initiate investigation in coordination with Customer Service.
Implement prescribed control procedures prior to sending & requesting Customer for a payment document..
Validate cash and on account sales transactions, and record to Xero via upload of necessary details, including relevant info like customer name, amount, SKU, brand and others.
Timely provide customers with OR or invoice and other related sales document when necessary.
Monitor marketing promos, and discounts availed by Customers, and act on any deviations, and regularly coordinate with CX and Marketing Dept.
Account and reconcile adjustments related to promos and discounts and initiate recording to Xero.
Process and timely remit payments to delivery partners, like Food Panda, Grab & Lalamove.
Coordinate disputed accounts and payment adjustments to proper channel.
Regularly review and apply contracted fees and charges and reconcile against billing and deductions by Collection partners.
Erroneous and excess claim if any, are coordinated and must demand for proper documentation.
Maintain stock inventory worksheet & monitor receipts, issuance, production losses & wastages and stock transfers.
Document and report irregularities and anomalous transaction related to stocks maintenance.
Assist in product development & recipe costing process by updating merchandise list, portion and quantity of raw materials, cost and selling price.
Generate market list and consolidate summary of raw materials for daily allocation and dishes to prepare.
Oversee and act as point person in the weekly and monthly inventory taking.
Prepare inventory valuation report and work closely with Accounting in the disposition of material variances.
Spot check stocks particularly those perishables & with expiration and see to it that FIFO method of inventory control is implemented.
Maintain an organized filing system of all records and documents related to inventory, Xero, Excel and Calc menu data
